Just saw a documentary about this code that supposedly is in the Bible. All I can say is: If you look hard enough for patterns you can see them anywhere, but that doesn't mean they're really there.

Its also easy to put credence to something after an event has happened. But lets not let reality get in the way of a good story!

Oh yes, heaven forfend that the truth get in the way of a good old fashioned Armgegeddon prophecy. That would be catastophic.
It's like looking up at the summer sky and seeing bunny rabbits in the clouds… Look! There's his ears! Look! There's his nose! Look! There's his little fluffy tail…
Now if I looked up in the sky and saw an anatomical diagram of a rabbit, complete with parts clearly labelled, maybe then I'd believe in the secret bunny rabbits cloud code. But a couple of clouds which, if you squint a bit and use lots of imagination look a bit like Flopsy, just don't cut it.
I do not believe in the Bible Code either. Of course, I don't believe in The Bible. I think it was for the largest part “edited” by the Church, early on in its existence and later through.
I am very interested in Bible-studies though. Interested to see what scientists can deduce and filter out of the Text, history and older versions of The Book.
