It seems that a small and easily fixed heart defect may be to blame for those crippling nightmares called migraines. I hope this is the case, because it's relatively easily fixed. I also hope that I'm one of those people that a) has this defect and can therefore b) get it fixed. I am fed up of waking up with the sensation in my face and arms missing.
