Why is it that on a day when I have to get up early for a meeting, and then have to fly back to the UK, that I find myself not going to bed til 2am, and then waking up at 5am and being entirely unable to get back to sleep again?
Sod's law? Dawn wakefulness? Or my subconscious preparing me so that I'm so knackered that I sleep on the plane on the way home?
