I've just spent three hours mapping out my alleged career and thinking about what I want to do with my life. I think I've actually been fairly clear on that last point for a while, but putting it all down on paper (or rather, in pixels) just helps me to clarify that what I think I think really is what I think. Or maybe it just reaffirms it. Certainly it's been a good process for me to go through as I currently have more on my plate than I can manage so some of it is going to have to go. Luckily, my agent is willing to help me sort myself out, so I don't have to chew on this stuff all on my ownsome.

Suffice to say that 20 years on I've managed to totally ignore it.
Just as well, really, as it didn't anticipate one single trend of the last 20 years of working life.

Actually, it's quite simple. It's “Get my agent to do it”. Working perfectly so far.
