I now have a new suitcase. It just about copes with having my hand luggage strapped to the top of it. It has wheels. And is blue. Yay!
If you're thinking 'But surely, the intelligent time to be buying new luggage is before you go away, not after you come back?', then just follow that thought through to its natural conclusion.
