What I wouldn't give to get rid of this cough. Or at least to find a cough supressant that actually supressed coughs, rather than just making your phlegm taste even more disgusting.
Yet again I spent an hour or so lying there coughing last night until exhaustion overcame me. I really am fed up of this cough now. Officially bored. Totally fed up with. Grrrr.
*sigh*

sometimes Ventolin (asthma puffer, over the counter here) will help, especially if one's airways are congested and irritated. i understand opium derivatives are actually best of all but, apart from codeine, not so easily available 😉

Thanks for the well wishes. I have just taken a new cough mixture, so we'll see how that goes. Sadly, opium derivatives currently off the menu. Just my luck. 😉
