iChat agent keeps crashing, for no discernible reason. Anyone got any ides for a fix? Or what might be causing it? Drives me sodding potty, frankly.

then delete the preferences
Which file in the ~/library/preferences? I just have a bunch of ichat plists there. Do I delete all of them?
Yeah, trash iChat and use Fire.
I usually use Adium, but for some things, like vidchat or audiochat, on iChat works with other iChat users.
