The best thing about being obscenely unfit

Is that it only takes ten minutes of cycling before your legs (and bum) start complaining. That's barely enough time to work up a sweat.
Still, wouldn't want to overdo it, would I now?

I enjoyed swimming for the same reason. I was so bad, that I'd just jump in the pool, and make a mad dash for the other side. Two or three laps later I would be totally wiped out and done for the day. I'd get a whole week's exercise in like five or six minutes. Oh, and in the pool, you don't notice the sweat as much.
