A poor facsimile

by Suw on December 9, 2003

It's such a shame that my digital camera can't adequately show you what I see – a big bright golden full moon, hanging in the sky like a misplaced Christmas bauble, staring at me over the bare branches of winter.

Instead, you'll have to make do with this poor representation. Just try to spruce it up a bit in your own imagination, ok? Think of it not as a picture, but more of a vague blueprint of what you should be seeing in your head.

Still, this big ol' fat moon goes some way to explaining the dementia of the last two days and now that it's waning, so should the madness.

You luna-tic. I had a similar experience this morning, where I was waiting for the bus and it would peek over the fooftops and through branches of trees.

Now that the moon is waning, the clear weather will probably go away as well. Gray, muddy weather on the rise.

Bleagh.

Other women suffer from pmt, i just go slightly nuts for two days leading up to a full moon. I would really, really like to know how that works. I should put a general warning out just before a full moon for people to expect erratic, illogical and manic behaviour from me – it happens every month, yet i never see it coming. go figure.

Wow Suw… That picture is worthy of being framed! That is so pretty… Good eye! Feel free to share more of your pictures with us… 🙂

Aw, thanks Ember! I was thinking of going through my picture archives and doing a photo review of the year, so I shall certainly do that now. 😀
